Minnie Margaret Clark

Min was born in Eston SK on March 7 1929, to Carrie (Schuler) and Gottlieb Pfaff. She lived the better part of her life in White Bear and attended school there. She was married in Medicine Hat on August 23, 1950 to Raymond Clark and from 1950 – 1951 they managed a café in White Bear. Min also worked at the telephone office in White Bear, at Driscoll’s General Store and the Post Office.

She had many hobbies, ceramics, knitting and sewing to name a few or what ever she set her mind to do. She was very involved in the community either working at Fowl suppers, teaching Sunday school, helping at the rink kitchen or wherever she was needed. She spent many days following Ray and his ponies to the chuckwagon and chariot races. Ray and Min spent most of their summers at Clearwater Lake, many a marshmallow was enjoyed around their campfire.

In 2003 they sold the farm and purchased a home in Kyle. They lived there until they moved to the Kyle Health Centre in 2015.

Min is survived by her four children:

Barbara (Bill Moebis) and their two boys, Clarke (Jennifer) and Kristan (Shannon)

Doreen (Glen Smith) and their two children Radell (Dale Audette) and Riley (Amber)

Sandy and her four children Sheena (Jeremy Sinclair), Harley (Danielle), Leif, Emery (Alyssa)

Leroy and his three girls, Ashley, Nikki (Devon Murray), Chelsea (Josh Pearce) and a special niece Nicol (Trent Moody).

She has 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her husband Raymond (2016), her son Murray (1954-1957) and her parents. As well as her brother and sister in-law, Edwin and Viola Pfaff.

Mom passed away at the Kyle Health Center on Wednesday February 21 2024 at the age of 94.
