Colette was born and raised in Regina SK. She relocated to Saskatoon in 2019 where she continued her work in the funeral profession. In February 2021, Colette and her partner Keith purchased Shanidar Funeral Services and made the move to Rosetown. In August 2022, she opened their second location in Outlook. She has fallen in love with small town living and is humbled by the welcome they've received.
Colette has 3 grown daughters that continue to make her proud everyday. She looks forward to serving Rosetown, Outlook and surrounding areas for many years to come.
Keith was born and raised in Newfoundland and moved out west in the early 1990's. He received a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing/Human Resources) from the University of Saskatchewan and spent 22 years (1998-2020) with Federated Co-operatives Limited in both Petroleum and Human Resources; the last 15 years as Regional Human Resources Manager for the Saskatoon Region. He had the HR responsibility for 42 Retail Co-op's and currently sits as a Board of Director for Central Plains Co-op.
Keith has 4 great adult kids, played competitive fastball and senior hockey and is a Saskatchewan scout for the Olds Grizzly's of the Alberta Junior A hockey league.
Keith and his partner Colette purchased Shanidar Funeral Services (Rosetown) in February 2021 and opened their new Outlook location in August 2022. He is looking forward to serving families in the communities of Rosetown, Outlook and all surrounding communities in West Central Saskatchewan.
Amanda Starosta was born and raised in Saskatoon. After completing high school, she attended SIAST-Kelsey Campus and obtained her Funeral Director/Embalmer certificates. She moved to Rosetown in January 2007 and while working for Clements Rosetown Funeral Home, she obtained her Funeral Director and Embalmer licenses in February 2008. Amanda took a brief hiatus from funeral service during which she was employed with Prairie Centre Credit Union in Rosetown and happily returned to funeral service joining the Shanidar Funeral Services team in June of 2016.
Amanda is a second term, elected member of the Funeral and Cremation Services Council of Saskatchewan which is the regulatory body managing the Funeral Cremation Services Act and Bylaws and licensing of funeral directors and embalmers in the province of Saskatchewan.
Amanda lives in Rosetown with her partner Neal and their blended family of six amazing children.
Kim Askin was born and raised in Lampman, SK. She has been employed in the health sector for a number of years working with the senior leadership team as well as other positions in the region. In 2007 she began working in the funeral profession and in 2015 she attended Mount Royal University and obtained her Funeral Director license in both Saskatchewan and Alberta. She takes pride in serving the people of our communities with care, dignity and respect.
Kim and her husband Tim live in Rosetown and have two grown children.

Michael was raised around the Moose Jaw area and currently resides outside of Moose Jaw. He is married with two children.
Michael's background is in the financial and insurance professions. He recently became a licensed funeral pre-need salesperson with the Funeral and Cremation Services Council of Saskatchewan and works with Canada Purple Shield.
He is excited and happy to bring his wealth of knowledge to assist and support those wishing to pre-plan their end of life wishes.
