It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bob at the age of 83.

Bob is survived by his children John (Kim), Dan (Louise), Kevin (Judy), Cheryl (Charlie) Rouse and Paul (Julia); grandchildren Byron, Rodney, Russell, Joseph, Tony, Danielle, Cathy, Clayton, Kirsten, Kendell and Emily; 15 great-grandchildren; sister Alice Anderson; sisters-in-law Marie Billett and Genevieve Billett; brother-in-law Edgar Isley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his dear wife Helen; son Arthur; daughter JoAnne; parents Gordon and Eva Billett; sister Darlene Isley; and brothers Wilf and Percy.

A Celebration of Bob’s Life was held at the Sovereign Hall on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Donations in memory of Bob may be made to Sovereign Lions Club.
