Gordon Richard HART

Gord passed away suddenly on January 12, 2022.  He leaves behind his wife Cecilia-Anne Charpentier and children Adam Hart (Cindy Farago), granddaughter Darian, her spouse Brennon and great-granddaughter Payton; Jennifer Hart (Derek Decaire), and grandchildren Hunter, Brock and Kennedy.  Also left to mourn his loss are numerous extended family, friends and acquaintances.  He is survived by his father Gordon Hart Sr., sister Tami Leedahl (Lyle), Jeff Hart (Dawn); Greg Hart, Sydney Hart (Trish), and numerous nieces and nephews.  He is predeceased by his mother Rosemarie Hart (2019), grandparents, aunts and uncles and a few golfing buddies.

He worked as a Sales Rep for Tree of Life for more than 25 years. A gifted salesman, Gord could sell you the moon and then some.  He recently retired and was transitioning to being at home, looking forward to playing more golf with friends and spending more time with family and his grandchildren and great- grandchild.

Gord’s two main passions in life were golf and family.  As a long-time member of the Saskatoon Golf and Country Club, Gord spent lots of time on the course and with the members at the club.  He participated in many events including men’s nights, the Lobstick, and others.  In general, Gord was passionate about hockey, NASCAR, football and many other sports.  Quite often, when people came to visit, there was a sport playing on the TV.

When it came to family, he was the life of the party.  Always a great storyteller, he loved to joke around.  He had the best laugh and biggest tales to tell.He will be missed by those who knew him, and his sudden death will leave a hole in our hearts.
