Marie Jose Verwimp Digney was born September 9, 1960, in Taber, Alberta and passed away peacefully on October 31, 2022, in Outlook, SK with her loving husband at her side.
Jose will be lovingly remembered by her best friend and devoted husband Bob, their son, Scott Digney (Danielle) and granddaughter Willa, her parents; Bernard and Adele Verwimp, her five siblings; Angie (Larry) Knapik, Benita (Grant) McNeill, her twin brother Bernie (Marie) Verwimp, Michelle (Tom) Diment, and James (Heather) Verwimp and her many numerous nieces and nephews. Jose was predeceased by her grandparents Madeline and Jules Verwimp and her Oma and Opa; Peter and Victoria Fadischuk and her two nephews; Jeffrey and Jeremy Knapik.
Jose was a passionate yoga practitioner. Jose loved traveling with Bob especially to tropical destinations. Often they were joined by family members and friends. She also enjoyed spending many hours in her garden and yoga shack. Jose was devoted to her husband, her family and community. She will be fondly remembered by all who knew her and will be sorely missed. Jose was greatly loved and loved greatly.
A Celebration of Life was held on Friday November 4, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (601 Ash Street – Outlook SK.).
