It is with sadness that the family of Marlene “Maddy” McMillan announce her passing. Maddy slipped away the morning of Sunday, Aug 27th, surrounded by her four loving children.

Left to mourn her passing are: her identical twin Maxine “Mac” Woods; four children Greg (Carol) McMillan, David (Dana Hoe) McMillan, Peggy (Andy) Cheyne, Miles (Laurell) McMillan, Ten grandchildren; Steven (Natalie) McMillan, Stacey (Will) Crossman, Darcy (Ashley) McMillan, Carter McMillan, Will McMillan, Brett (Angela) Cheyne, Cory (Britney) Cheyne, Kirk McMillan, Rebecca McMillan, Nicole McMillan, eight great grandchildren; Landon and Luke McMillan, Brooks McQuade and Blaze Crossman, Dallan and Maddyn McMillan, Hector and Beau Cheyne, and too many special nephews and nieces to mention here.

Maddy was predeceased by her husband of 54 years James Martin McMillan, her siblings Wally McKenzie and Hazel Dougall.

Maddy was a very caring, giving member of the community, always putting other people's needs ahead of her own. Her sharp mind and quick wit always made her a pleasure to be around. In the summer, Maddy could always be found outside tending her flowers.

A Funeral Service to celebrate Maddy's Life will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the United Church in Plenty, Saskatchewan.
