Rita Magdalena (Hoffart) Worth passed on Monday, April 8, 2024 at the Rosetown & District Health Center at the age of 93, following a short illness.

Rita’s life was one of devotion, faith and charity in the service of others, particularly her brother Tony. Rita’s early years were in Tramping Lake, SK. After her retirement from a career teaching in Saskatchewan and Sardis, BC, Rita relocated to Rosetown. Rita will be dearly missed as a passionate correspondent to her family and friends.

Rita survived by her sister Lenora (Daniel) Weber of Swift Current, sister-in-law Rita Hoffart of St. Albert and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Chuck Worth, her parents, Alphonse (Orville) Hoffart and Katherine (Gutenberg) Hoffart, brother August (Guss) Hoffart, nephew Christopher, sister Marcella, brothers-in law Walter Gerein and Adolf Matsalla, niece Jo-Anne Anderson, nephew Murray Gerein, sister Angela, brother-in-law John Zrymiak and brother Anthony (Tony) Hoffart.
